WHY CASPHONE?

We do understand if you have concerns, but we are one of the biggest repair service providers in Australia for smart phones. This year more than 100 people have been working for our company. Casphone has been in the industry close to 5 years. Beside our MAIL IN REPAIR SERVICE we also provide WALK IN Repair Service with more than 10 shops and kiosks all over Queensland.

CAN I SEND IN MY OWN PARTS?

We do not use third party parts whatsoever because in that case we could not guarantee that your phone will work properly in the future. Our prices always include first class parts as well as professional installation.

DO I LOSE THE DATA FROM MY DEVICE?

We will not erase your date nor upload anything to your phone. However, you have to be aware that sometimes the damage is so severe that the phone itself erases all of your information. In that case we only try to make your phone work regardless the previously stored information.

IS THERE ANY WARRANTY?

Of course! After we have shipped back your phone we provide a 14 day warranty period. For more information please read our terms and conditions.

WHAT SORT OF MOBILE PHONES CASPHONE REPAIRS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We normally repair devices in 1 to 3 hours on site. We can proudly say that most of the time our turnaround is 48 hours or less in case of MAIL-IN services, however because we are dealing with complicated electronic devices sometimes we need to extend this time. But in this case we notify customers of the necessary extended timeframe.
